About this offering
A half day ceremony 🌹 Therapeutic yoni massage is a consent-centred, trauma-informed bodywork practice that supports pelvic health, nervous-system regulation, and authentic pleasure. “Yoni” is a Sanskrit word often used for the vulva, vagina, womb, and surrounding pelvic landscape. Sessions may include breathwork, guided awareness, external pelvic mapping, and—only with explicit, ongoing consent—internal pelvic touch. The aim is to offer space to connect with interoceptive awareness and agency over your body and voice through non-expectant touch and continued consent. What it can help with • Re-connecting to sensation, desire, and arousal • Softening pain or guarding patterns; tension or over-clenching • Support around postpartum, peri/menopause, or after procedures • Processing difficult sexual experiences in a body-led way • Building communication, boundaries, and body literacy How a session works: Intake & intentions: We clarify goals, boundaries, and access needs. Nothing proceeds without your informed yes. Somatic preparation: Nervous-system practices using breath, movement, and/or sound to settle and arrive. Pelvic mapping: External work to build trust, awareness, and comfort. Internal work (optional): Only if desired and appropriate, with slow feedback loops and the ability to pause or stop at any time. Integration: Debrief, at home practice suggestions+ an integration call. Consent is ongoing, specific, and reversible; you can pause or stop at any point. Why work with Kiki Postgraduate Diploma in Sexology plus training in somatic awareness, sexological bodywork, and trauma-informed care. Nervous-system-first: I work at the speed of trust. Inclusive & affirming: Welcoming vulva-having people across identities; LGBTQIA+ affirming. Education built in: Evidence-informed teaching and clear home practices so you leave with skills, not just an experience. Ethics & professionalism: Transparent boundaries, hygiene, and communication. Your autonomy leads; my role is to support. Is it for you? This work may support you if you want to improve pelvic health, ease discomfort, expand pleasure, or rebuild trust with your body. It can sit alongside physiotherapy, psychotherapy, or medical care. Contraindications include active infections, medical concerns and unprocessed trauma. If you’re feeling a yes, reach out for a consult to map your goals and see if therapeutic yoni massage is the right next step.
