I’m Jo, the owner of the Soulistic Haven. I’m a certified Holistic Counsellor and Sexual Empowerment & Intimacy Coach with a passion for helping people to step into their sexual power and break free from the shame, guilt, stress, pressure and anxiety so many experience due to external conditioning and lack of honest education around sex, relationships and intimacy.

I integrate talk-based holistic counselling, embodiment practices, energetic work and innate feminine wisdom to help facilitate healing and empowerment for both individuals and couples. 

I hold an empathetic and judgement free space where you can feel safe to start exploring all things sex, anatomy, pleasure and intimacy through guidance, education, vulnerability, open communication skills, curiosity and playfulness
