I am here to provide coaching, energy healing and specially curated experiences to help people (like you!) unlock their potential and create meaningful transformations so that they can live life fully expressed, whether at work, in their business or in their wider world.

I believe everyone is worthy of creating a life that lights them up from their core and allows them to flourish. I believe that everyone is worthy of leading a life where they get to show up as their fullest, most authentic expression of themselves. I believe everyone is worthy of living a life that they truly desire to be living.

One of the biggest things I’ve struggled with in my life is showing up as all of me. Showing up to the outside world, as who I am inside. Even knowing all of who I am and what I desire and allowing that to be known even to myself has been a challenge.

I know what it feels like to wrestle with letting your most sacred self be known to the world. Being vulnerable used to scare the absolute life out of me. When I discovered coaching is when I realised I’d been living in survival mode for as long as I could remember and I had all the unresourceful patterns and programming, limiting beliefs and people-pleasing behaviours to prove it.

Working with coaches, tapping into my spirituality and completing my coach training changed all that. I’ve been able to shift from living unconsciously, being scared to be all of me, acting from scarcity, and not being able to fully commit to what I want in life and transform into a person who takes ownership and accountability, who is a conscious creator of her destiny, who is connected to her purpose and who is the true leader of her life.

Knowing how powerful this personal transformation can be is why I am a coach and why I believe it can do the same for you. You can change your life. You’re not stuck. Your life hasn’t been decided for you. You can change course. You get to choose. You are limitless. You get to be the leader of your life.
