A half day ceremony 🌹 Therapeutic yoni massage is a consent-centred, trauma-informed bodywork practice supporting pelvic health, nervous-system regulation, and authentic pleasure. “Yoni” refers to the vulva, vagina, womb, and pelvic space. Sessions may include breathwork, guided awareness, external mapping, and—only with ongoing consent—internal touch. The focus is interoceptive awareness, agency, and choice through non-expectant touch. What it can help with • Reconnecting to sensation, desire, arousal • Easing tension, pain, or guarding patterns • Support through postpartum, peri/menopause, or after procedures • Processing difficult sexual experiences somatically • Building boundaries, communication, body literacy How it works Intake: Clarify intentions, boundaries, access needs. Your informed yes leads. Preparation: Breath, movement, or sound to settle the nervous system. Pelvic mapping: External touch to build safety and awareness. Internal (optional): Only if desired, with ongoing feedback and full choice to pause or stop. Integration: Debrief, home practices, and follow-up call.
