It wasn’t until my 40s did I realise that our sensual, sexual and feminine qualities (superpowers) are the keys to our self-expression, voice, confidence, and power.

For too long, women and girls have been taught, conditioned and told to suppress our desires, feel shame and embarrassment, and devalue the parts of ourselves that are the source of our power and edge.

We have been pushed into the ‘good girl’ cage to support the Patriarchal world we live in.

It’s keeping us small and disconnected from our innate wisdom, wondrous bodies and feminine power.

I’m so passionate about women reclaiming and remembering their rights to pleasure, play and passion, to shine love and light on your magnificence and embrace your feminine fabulousness.
